Had a great experience with Alfredo at the Install Pro! Someone had been messing with my family member's car, so we got her a dash cam and needed someone to install it. Alfredo was easy to schedule with, worked quickly, and had fair prices. She had a few questions after she got home and Alfredo scheduled some time for her to come back so he could explain some of the features to her. Very kind and professional service. Highly recommend working with them.

I decided to replace two older Vantrue N2 Pro dashcams with a couple of new VIOFO A229 Pro 4K HDR cams. While I've done dashcam hardwire installs before, I have zero experience installing the rear cameras. Rather than spend a frustrating day in the driveway breaking clips and cursing, I decided to hire a pro. I was impressed with the outstanding reviews for The Install Pros, and gave them a call. I spoke with Alfredo, and asked him about coming out to my home to perform the installation on both vehicles. Alfredo was super friendly, and the quoted price was very reasonable - especially for a home install about 45 minutes away from their location. Alfredo said he could come out just 2 days later, and so I booked the appointment. Alfredo let me know when he was on the way, and he arrived on time with his partner (I believe his name is Julian). After just a couple questions about my preferred mounting location, they got right to work. Their experience was evident, as they worked quickly and smoothly, like a well-oiled machine. I had a great experience getting my dash cam installed by Alfredo. He was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. He was able to provide me with a quote over the phone, which made everything super easy and transparent. The installation was quick and the placement of the dash cam was perfect. There’s also a small waiting area available if you choose to wait while your car is being serviced. This was a smooth experience and I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with the Install Pro. Alfredo and Julian installed a new touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and backup camera in my recently purchased car. They were easy to work with and their costs were reasonable (no hidden fees). I made a same day appointment and they had everything ready to go a few hours after I dropped my vehicle off. Highly recommended!

Alfredo and Julian went above and beyond with my audio install on my Harley. Im blown away by the details of the install. Wiring is so clean and neat it looks factory. The clarity of sound is perfect and the CarPlay 9” deck with all stock controls integrated plus computer monitoring of all gauges. All this at an affordable price. Anything audio, GO SEE ALFREDO.
